Dr. Tenzin Rabgyal is a strategic leader, educator, and administrator with nearly three decades of experience in higher education, governance, and cross-cultural management. He serves as Director of the Office of Student Affairs at the Asian Institute of Technology and has held academic and leadership roles in teaching, admissions, scholarships, and institutional development. His expertise includes organizational change, leadership development, business economics, strategic management, information management, public policy, and regional business management in Asia. He is committed to building compassionate knowledge organizations that promote accountability, collaboration, innovation, and practical impact, enabling sustainable and inclusive growth in diverse multicultural environments.
