Ms. Rashmi Nirodha Arangalle Abeysekera is a lecturer in English language education at the International College of Siam University. Her teaching focuses on developing students' English language proficiency and communication skills, particularly in speaking and listening. She teaches courses such as Academic Speaking and Listening, English for Professional Communication, and Integrated Language Skills. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Ms. Abeysekera contributes to curriculum development and academic program improvement initiatives. Her research interests include second language acquisition, task-based language teaching, and the use of technology in language learning. She has published research on enhancing speaking competency in adult ESL students and reducing speaking anxiety through online platforms and gamified tasks.
